We have loved our Greenehaven sire, DKGH Rock It Endeavor, who has produced several exciting and promising does. We express heartfelt gratitude to Dan Greene with Greenehaven Farms for letting Rockwell come to our herd! We were very excited when we got an email saying that Rockwell qualified for the ADGA Sire Development Program!

Rockwell's dam is SGCH DKGH Playboy's Rosette, a big powerhouse doe that combines strength and dairyness wonderfully. She sports a lovely udder, with lovely high and wide rear attachments, great fore udder attachment and a fantastic side profile. In 2018, she was named INBA Reserve All American 3-year-old and that same year appraised EX90! Her full brother, SGCH DKGH Playboy's Rock It, has produced lovely offspring such as SGCH DKGH Rockin' Eve EX92, who placed 2nd place/2nd udder as a 2-year-old and 2nd place/1st udder as a 4-year-old at the National Shows she has attended. Rock It is currently in the 85th percentile on the ADGA ELITE list. Rock It's daughter, SGCH DKGH Rockin' Eve (Rockwell's genetic half-sister since Rock It and Rosette are full siblings) has done extremely well going 2nd place 2-year-old at the ADGA National Show in 2017 and in 2019, she went 2nd place/1st udder in the 4 year old class! She also has appraised an impressive EX92! Rosette's sire, SGCH J&R Spirit's Dakota Playboy, an outstanding buck who has made a significant impact in the Nubian breed. His dam, SGCH J&R Spirit's DK Kovergirl EX92, was the 2009 ADGA Reserve National Champion and Best Udder. She is a gorgeous, smoothly blended doe with a wonderful, highly attached mammary system with a beautiful side profile. Playboy has sired several lovely daughters, including SGCH LakeShore Mira's Easter Lily 6*M EX91, the 2009 ADGA Reserve Junior National Champion! We absolutely love Lily and actually had one of her sons her for a period of time, *B Lakeshore TO RocksOn. She has placed very well at the National Show, going 3rd place 3-year-old and 4th place six-year-old. Playboy himself has proven to be a very productive buck, being in the 98th percentile on the ADGA ELITE list from 2014-2016, the 96th percentile from 2018 and 2018 and currently lies in the 94th percentile. We have loved the type of does Playboy has sired and hope that we'll see that same type in Rockwell's daughters.

We got a chance to see Rockwell's littermate sister, Baby Ruth, at the ISDGA show in Boise, ID in 2022 and we are thrilled with how she looks! She is a beautiful doe and fun to watch in the ring. A wonderful combination of excellent general appearance and dairyness. She is a very smoothly blended doe with a very nice mammary system. We absolutely love the udder attachment. Lots of rear udder attachment and smooth fore udder attachment. We are excited to see how Ruth continues to mature!

Rockwell's sire, *B SG My-Enchanted-Acres LM Candyman (a Dakota Playboy grandson), has surged as one of the nation's most productive and highest quality Nubian bucks, claiming the #1 spot on the December 2019 ADGA Elite list and sired both 1st place Junior Get-of-Sire and 1st place Senior Get-of-Sire at the 2019 National Show. His daughter SGCH Wingwood Farm Sweet Avina 3*M, has exceeded not only in the milk pail but also in the show ring. She currently is in the 99th percentile of the ADGA ELITE list and milking over 3,400 pounds her second lactation. At the 2019 ADGA National Show, Avina went 1st place/3rd udder in her class and also part of the 1st place Senior Get-Of-Sire. To top it off, Avina appraised an impressive EX92 as a two-year-old! Another daughter, SG Wingwood Farm Sweet Amber 3*M, is an impressive milker, almost milking 3,000 her first lactation and along with Avina is currently in the 99th percentile on the ADGA ELITE list! As a first freshener, she appraised VG89, the highest score a first freshener can get. In 2021, she scored an impressive EX91 during linear appraisal. She also placed 4th in the same class as Avina at Nationals. We have had an eye on Candyman and are ecstatic to have not one but two sons reside here at Legacy Hill Caprines!

We love the Rockwell kids we see. They are level across the topline and from hips to pins, stand on great feet and legs, very square and correct. Late 2022, we were finally able to see some Rockwell udders and we are extremely pleased! Very uniform with high and wide rear udder attachment, extremely smooth fore udder attachment with ideal teat shape and size.
